DIAGNOSIS:
There is one specific test which is used to detect this virus known as ELISA.
( Enzyme linked Immunosorbent assay)
This test is a liquid based test for HIV, in which the antigens are taken in a solution containing the rotavirus and than antibodies are coated with it and than after 3 washes add the enzyme-conjugated rotavirus antibody and the rotavirus antigens are captured by antibody. After that enzymes are substrate and the specific anti-rotavirus enzyme conjugate binds to the captured rotavirus antigens and in this last stage, a color is formed after heating thus tells us that the virus id present.
TREATMENT:
There is no cure to treat AIDS but there are some medications which can help to keep us at the bay from HIV/ AIDS. These type of medications help us to fight against the diseases and keep our immune system as healthy as possible. It helps our body to face the complications that are caused due to this virus.

EFFECTS OF AIDS
HIV or AIDS can effect human body in various ways:
It can effect the main parts of your body including mouth, skin, brain and it even affects your weight. Most of the skin conditions are also due to the virus that has infected the people already. These viruses directly hit the immune system of the person who is infected and which leads to the weakening of immune of system but typically do not cause diseases in the body but it effects the white blood cells ability to fight against the viruses etc.
HIV infection can also lead to the oral infection:
This shows us how the cells are getting effected by the virus. The cells than infect the other body parts, after which the signs and symptoms starts to visible.

HIV infection can also lead to the oral infection:- Dry mouth
- Ulcer in mouth
- Oral cancer
- Oral hair leukopenia (OHL)
- Herpes

- Acute infection: This infection can last for many weeks and includes symptoms like fever, swollen-lymph nodes, inflammation of the throat etc.
- Latency: This stage sometimes involves few or no symptoms. It could last from two weeks to twenty years, the amount of time varies from person to person.
- AIDS: It is known as the final stage of HIV infection, which can cause various other diseases like opportunistic infections, cancer and other conditions.
SYMPTOMS And SIGNS:
- Fever: Person might get sick easily or often.
- Pain in body: Body get really week and person starts getting pain in all the body parts.
- Skin rash: These might seem simple body rashes but if the person is HIV positive they are not easily curable.
- Fatigue: Due to pain in body and fever, person feels that he/she is tired and don't feel like doing anything.
- Cough and Headache.

Causes of AIDS
You can get to be tainted with HIV in a few ways, including:
By engaging in sexual relations. You may get to be tainted in the event that you have vaginal, butt-centric or oral sex with a contaminated accomplice whose blood, semen or vaginal discharges enter your body. The infection can enter your body through mouth injuries or little tears that occasionally grow in the rectum or vagina amid sexual action.
Sometimes, the infection may be transmitted through blood transfusions. American clinics and blood donation centers now screen the blood supply for HIV antibodies, so this danger is little.
By offering needles. Imparting intravenous medication gear puts you at high danger of HIV and different irresistible illnesses, for example, hepatitis.
Women suffering from HIV when get pregnant can transfer this virus to their infants.

LIFE CYCLE OF HIV/ AIDS
HIV virus destroys all the cells which destroys the wall of immune system and causes diseases in our body. Let us see how this virus does its work from destroying our immune system to spreading throughout our body.
The life cycle of HIV is shown in this diagram:
In the first step of HIV virus's life cycle the infected RNA enters in the blood cell. Then a single standard of infected RNA infects DNA. DNA also get infection. Than the infected cell transfers the infection to other cells. In this manner, the life cycle of HIV virus gets completed. It affects our body's immune system by infecting white blood cells whose function is to protect our body from diseases.

AIDS: A threat to life
AIDS, the name causes a threat among us. Have you ever wonder, why is our reaction so? Well, in this blog I will be discussing about the symptoms and preventions available for AIDS. It is a disease which has no cure yet. It effects a person's ability to fight against diseases as it directly affects our immunity. This is followed by many symptoms and a person slowly start to loose the count of white blood cells in body, which are known as the defence mechanism of our body. All of this starts from a virus which is known as HIV virus that is human immunodeficiency virus. If a person gets infected with this virus, can develop AIDS within ten years.
In early 1980's the gay men in New York and all of them suddenly came to develop common symptoms, and it was clear from that they all were suffering from a common syndrome. Then finally in 1983, scientists came to know about the virus which was responsible for this disease and later named it HIV and the disease AIDS.
This is how they came to know about this life threatening disease.
